field trip to Mt. Scott swimming pool. We need $10 donations.

Wednesday, May 8th- No School
Day of Action to fund education-

We welcome students and families to participate in this event.  If you want to join us,  meet in front of SES at 10:00 AM on Wednesday.  We will then bike, walk, bus, and carpool to Tom McCall Waterfront Park

10:00 AM Wednesday: Head to the rally - PAT has asked that we try to drive as little as possible - bike, walk, transit, or carpool.

11:00-1:00 Wednesday: Rally and march - look for the big PAT sign since there will be many different teachers' unions present.

Thursday, May 9th- Wildlife tour at Lewis- bring a lunch and water bottle

Friday, May 10th- Sunnyside only 1/2 day- 11:45 dismissal

Tuesday, May 14th- 8th-grade Speeches Lucia, Onnavah, Dorian

*Read for at least 20-30 minutes*

Bring a book for reading time in the morning.

* Choice book group meeting- 3 bring your book and discussion questions

to class. (You may bring snacks to share!)
