We welcome students and families to participate in this event. If you want to join us, meet in front of SES at 10:00 AM on Wednesday. We will then bike, walk, bus, and carpool to Tom McCall Waterfront Park
Even though the district won't be providing food, we will provide sack lunches for students on free/reduced lunch. Students can pick up lunches between 8:30 and 10:00 AM in the cafeteria. PAT has asked us to coordinate food for students who need it if we are able. I have several people working on getting donations from New Seasons and Fred Meyer. We can also use donations from folks (extra snack???). We will do an assembly-line lunch bagging operation at 8:00 AM on Wednesday. Please help if you can.
8:00 AM Wednesday: Folks who want to put together lunches can meet in the cafeteria
10:00 AM Wednesday: Head to the rally - PAT has asked that we try to drive as little as possible - bike, walk, transit, or carpool.
11:00-1:00 Wednesday: Rally and march - look for the big PAT sign since there will be many different teachers' unions present.
Thursday, May 9th- Wildlife tour at Lewis- bring a lunch and water bottle
Friday, May 10th- Sunnyside only 1/2 day- 11:45 dismissal
