This is a coming-of-age novel set in 1965. It is set in a town ruled by two gangs, the Greasers (poor kids) and the Socs (rich kids), who are brutal enemies. It is centered around a group of boys who are part of the Greasers. When a terrible thing happens, they flee, making their own path to redemption.
This book is sad and written really well. It will keep you on the edge of your seat. This book is gritty and violent as well, so if you like realistic bursts of action in your books, this is the one for you.

More Than This is a book about a teenage boy who dies and wakes up in what he thinks is hell, his personal hell. As he struggles to survive in the deserted neighborhood where he grew up, it comes out something terrible happened there, that caused his family to move to america. But moving didn't fix everything. His life in america, or rather death is what brought him to this hell and some unlikely characters join him there.
If you like a emotional, heart-wrenching story that shows you how deep a person can be than this book is for you.

Hanna Baker committed suicide two weeks ago when Clay got the tapes. On the tapes are 13 reasons why she committed suicide, a Bakers dozen, and Clay is one of them. But there are some problems, there are a second copy of tapes, ready to be leaked to the world if you don't listen, and pass them on. And one more thing, Clay didn't do anything wrong. But maybe he didn't do anything, and that was just as bad.
A story for those of you who like crying for hours about a fictional person, because this story will never leave you.
